By downloading or using Solace: Daily Affirmations ("the app"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app on Apple devices you own or control, subject to the Apple Standard End User License Agreement.
Solace offers auto-renewable subscriptions (monthly and yearly) and a one-time Lifetime purchase ("Solace Pro"). Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
Auto-renewal: subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the price of the chosen plan.
Free trial: where offered (currently 7 days with the yearly plan), any unused portion of a free trial period is forfeited when you purchase a subscription. You will not be charged if you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends.
Cancellation: manage or cancel your subscription anytime in iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription. Refunds are handled by Apple according to its policies.
Lifetime purchase: a single, non-consumable purchase that unlocks Solace Pro permanently and can be restored via Settings → Restore Purchases in the app.
Solace provides affirmations and motivational content for general well-being and inspiration. This content is not medical, psychological, or professional advice and is not a substitute for professional mental-health care. If you are struggling, please consult a qualified healthcare professional.
All content in the app — affirmation texts, artwork, and design — is owned by us and protected by applicable laws. You may share affirmation images created in the app for personal, non-commercial use.
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
